How to schedule my first cleaning?
The easiest way to schedule a cleaning appointment is to go in through the Request Cleaning tab and fill up the form. We will then contact you as soon as possible to schedule a visit and give you a quote
“Do you do ________ kind of cleaning?”
We do residential, move in/out, commercial, one-time and Airbnb cleaning.
What is your policy on pets?
We are a pet-friendly business so whenever you’re not home, we will follow your instructions on how to better perform our work with your pet present. However we ask that if you have an aggressive pet, that you keep them outside or inside a gated area while our team is present.
What / where do you not clean?
The sides or behind any heavy appliance due to safety concerns.
We try to always be respectful of our clients' privacy and therefore we only do maintenance cleaning inside closets, drawers and cabinets unless clearly arranged beforehand.
In order to avoid any accidents we cannot clean anything that would require heavy lifting to access.
